The two paintings shown are: “Freddy, The Pomeranian,” oil on canvas, 30” x 40” by me, and Edouard Manet, “A King Charles Spaniel,” oil on linen, 18” x 14”, (1866).

After a number of inquiries I am now taking commissions for dog portraits. During my short hiatus I have enjoyed viewing and studying animal paintings by Stubbs, Velazquez, Frans Marc, and Edouard Manet. Particularly interesting have been the dog renderings. This has led to an interest on my part, along with the inquiries, to paint dog portraits. Inquiries can DM or email for specific info.
