Favorable Winds (Off Myrtle Beach) watercolor, 4" x 5". One of my
Haiku/Haiga, mini, minimalist paintings from the waterscape series.
(Inspired from my Myrtle Beach waterscape sketches,
and Haiku poetry.) A distillation of form and shape. Elimination of
unnecessary detail. Less is more. Enabling the viewer to contemplate,
and add accordingly - "and complete them in the mind's eye." Available, dm for price.
Welcome to my studio blog. I'm available for commissions, site-specific projects - paintings for private and public places. This blog reflects much of my current work, what is for sale, commissions, and other site-specific projects I'm engaged in. A bit of personal musings will be shared at times. Comments and contacts are welcomed. As a songwriter once wrote, "All of my friends were there. Not just my friends, but their best friends too."
Thank you for visiting, enjoy.
